I am passionate about a lot of things like family, friends, etc.. Today I’m going to talk about my biggest passion, animals. I love animals so much, especially since I live on a farm. I have always lived with a type of animal, whether it’s a dog, cat, cow, or even a goat. I love having that special bond with them.
Although taking care of a animals without help is tough, it is so much fun. Last year, just a week after my birthday, I had a baby goat named Jax. He was the second smallest out of the triplets. The day after they were born his brother got hypothermia. Right away in the morning my mom found him and brought him inside to warm him up. She took the day off work to take care of him. During that day, she went back outside to see how the rest of the goats were doing with their babies. She found Jax with hypothermia as well. She took him in and warmed him up. Luckily, that day we got out of school at 12:15.
When we came home from school, I grabbed Jax out of my mom’s arms to warm him up since she had been doing it all day. Ever since then we have had a wonderful bond. Sadly his brother never made it past day three. He got a disease when he had hypothermia, and died. This made Jax sad, but I cheered him up by playing with him. He always slept in my bed with me since he was use to sleeping with his brother. We ran around the house all day and I fed him a bottle every morning and night. It was such an amazing time.
I will always be passionate towards animals. They cheer me up, and I can always pet them to calm me down. They make me feel welcome whenever they walk up to me so I can pet them. In the future, there will never be a day I don’t have an animals friend with me.
